Dear souls.

This year has heralded many challenges globally - and personally.

Many of us have been overwhelmed by dramatic if not horrifying news of war, typhoons, hurricanes and financial stress. On top of this, health issues such as those categorised as auto immune disorders have soared.

I personally struggle with chemical sensitivity, which has finally been recognised in studies just being published now. Known as MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), on one hand I’m pleased to find out what ails my body - and yet on the other? It’s been incredibly disheartening to see a rise in younger generations.

However, this does make sense when we take a meta view and realise how polluted and intoxicated the planet has become. There are chemical toxins wreaking havoc with our genetics and biology since the industrial revolution began making products infused by chemical reactions.

AND THE KEY CONTRIBUTOR IS THIS …STRESS!

So here we are - scientists finally announcing that much of the bio hazard waste has infused our waterways and food sources with toxins that, over decades, have been absorbed by humans and animals on a cellular level. Of course, many of us ‘greenies & healers’ have known this all our lives.

It is no surprise that my sessions have changed somewhat. People are coming to me with much more micro social media gained knowledge - and yet with very little understanding of the impact upon their energy body and soul growth.

In 2026, I’ve revolutionised my sessions to cope with the changing demographic and awareness.

In 2026 - you and I will be tapping in to a deeper understanding of this dilemma so that we can build stronger lives, and thrive in healthier relationships and join in with wiser, stronger global communities.

This is what I wish for this Christmas season.
